NCStar
The NCStar 1x24x34 red dot reflex sight brings affordable, no-nonsense aiming to shooters who want a versatile optic for tactical rifles, shotguns, or pistol platforms. This red dot sight delivers unlimited eye relief and a wide field of view—essentials for close-quarters work, home defense, or hunting scenarios where target acquisition speed matters. The reflex design keeps both eyes on the threat, letting you move naturally and react fast without the tunnel vision of magnified optics.
What sets this sight apart is flexibility. Four switchable reticles—dot, bullseye, cross, and starburst—let you dial in the aiming point that works best for your shooting style and distance. The dot is straightforward; the cross and starburst options help with precision at range; the bullseye adds reference points for holdovers. Seven brightness settings ensure the red reticle stays visible in anything from dim indoor light to full sunlight, and the LED is engineered to be safe for extended viewing. A single CR2032 battery powers the sight, with a spare included so you're never caught flat-footed at the range or in the field.
The optic sits in a Weaver-mount clamp that fits standard Picatinny rails, making installation straightforward on most modern firearms. Black anodized aluminum construction is durable and low-profile at just 3.2 inches long and 5.3 ounces—light enough for rifles and light enough not to throw off the balance of a defensive shotgun. Adjustment tools and a rubber lens cap come in the box, and the sight ships with all the pieces you need to get shooting out of the door. This is the kind of no-frills red dot that works as hard as you do.

The compact footprint and light weight make it suitable for everything from tactical rifles to hunting shotguns to home-defense setups.
The sight uses a single CR2032 battery. The description provided doesn't specify battery life, so we recommend testing at a typical brightness setting relevant to your use case and keeping the included spare on hand.
You get the reflex sight, one CR2032 battery, a spare CR2032 battery, adjustment tools for zeroing, and a rubber lens cap. International orders ship without batteries.
The 1x magnification and unlimited eye relief make this a strong choice for close to mid-range hunting and shooting. The four switchable reticles give you options for different ranges and targets, though the 3 MOA dot is optimized for shorter distances where you're moving and engaging fast rather than engaging distant game.
