The Muddy Pro Series 1300 Backpack in Veil Canyon Hybrid is a mid-sized hunting pack built to haul your gear deep into the field without weighing you down. With 1300 cubic inches (21 liters) of storage, it's sized right for day hunts and short backcountry trips where you need real capacity but don't want to carry a monster rig. The frame sheet and padded chest and waist straps keep weight distributed evenly across your shoulders and hips, so you stay comfortable mile after mile whether you're glassing hillsides or grinding toward your stand.
What sets this pack apart is its hands-free firearm and bow carry. The expandable exterior pocket wraps around your gun or bow with compression straps, leaving both arms free to navigate terrain, glass, or manage a trekking pole. The Veil Canyon Hybrid finish is a quiet, durable poly brush that won't spook game, and the integrated rain cover shields your pack and contents when weather turns wet or nasty. You get four front zippered pockets, two fabric side pockets, two mesh side pockets, interior mesh organizers, and a dedicated hydration pocket that accepts up to a 3-liter bladder so you can stay hydrated without fumbling for a water bottle.
At 3 pounds 6 ounces, it's light enough to pack all day but sturdy enough to take abuse. The dimensions—13 inches tall, 21.5 inches wide, and 8 inches deep—give you a balanced profile that won't feel clunky on steep country. Whether you're hunting elk in the high country, whitetail in the timber, or upland game in the brush, this pack stays quiet and organized, keeping your essentials within arm's reach and your hands where they need to be.
