Mossberg
The Mossberg 535 12GA slug barrel is a dedicated rifled replacement barrel built for hunters who want to turn their shotgun into a precise, medium-range slug gun. This 24-inch rifled barrel with sights transforms your 535 platform into a capable slugging rig, letting you swap between shot and slug loads depending on the day's hunt. The fully rifled bore stabilizes rifled slugs for tighter groups downrange, and the included sights give you a straightforward aiming solution without requiring optics setup. Finished in Mossy Oak Break-Up Country camo, it blends into hardwoods and mixed terrain.
Mossberg slug barrels are modular by design—if you own a 535, adding a dedicated slug tube means you keep your main bird barrel on hand and stay flexible. This is practical gear for the hunter who doesn't want to compromise between waterfowl, upland, and deer seasons.
The 24-inch length balances handling in thick brush with enough sight radius to shoot accurately. Whether you're hunting over timber or working small plots, a slug barrel lets you tighten your effective range without investing in a whole new shotgun.

Yes—this is a factory replacement barrel designed for the Mossberg 535 platform. It swaps in as a direct replacement.
Rifled barrels are designed for rifled slugs, which have spiral grooves or sabots that engage the rifling for spin stabilization and improved accuracy over smooth-bore barrels.
While rifled barrels can function with shot, they are purpose-built for slug hunting. If you shoot a variety of loads, you may want to keep your original barrel for shot and use this as a dedicated slug option.
This barrel includes integral sights optimized for slug aiming. Specific sight details are not provided, but they are factory-installed and ready to use.
