The Mission First Tactical Appendix Holster is a true multi-position carry solution for your S&W M&P Shield 1.0, 2.0, Plus, 9mm, or .40 caliber. Whether you carry appendix, inside the waistband, or outside the waistband, this ambidextrous holster adapts to your carry style and body type—wearable on either your strong side or support side. Handcrafted to precise tolerances for your specific Shield model, it delivers the secure, repeatable draw you need for concealed carry and range work alike.

The adjustable cant system (0–15 degrees) lets you dial in the angle that feels natural for your build and clothing. The included 1½" belt clip keeps the holster stable and in place whether you're sitting at your desk, hiking, or training on the range. The audible click retention feedback confirms your draw and re-holster every time—a signal that your firearm is seated and secure.

Built from durable black polymer, this holster resists sweat and environmental wear, and the ambidextrous design means you don't need to buy two. Adjust, carry, and trust it to stay put and perform consistently, however you choose to wear it.
