Mission First Tactical
The Mission First Tactical Pro Series IWB holster for Glock 43X is purpose-built for shooters who carry daily and demand both comfort and reliability. This inside-the-waistband holster works in appendix or strong-side positions and ships configured for your hand orientation—right or left. MFT engineered this holster around the reality of modern defensive carry: you need a rig that stays put, draws smoothly from any position, and stays comfortable during a full day of work, errands, or training.
The holster's core strength is its In-line Magnetic Retention System (ILMRS), a 11-pound neodymium magnet that holds your loaded Glock 43X securely without mechanical locking devices or additional switches to fumble with. The magnet works independently of any weapon-mounted light, so your retention is pure and simple. Paired with the Integrated Barrel Stabilizer Insert (IBSI), the design keeps your slide aligned with the holster body during the draw, eliminating binding even when you're reaching from awkward angles—crucial for real-world self-defense scenarios. A built-in vertical wedge brings the grip closer to your body for genuine concealment while acting as an anti-sagging device against your side.
Comfort for all-day carry starts with a full mid-height sweat guard that shields skin from your pistol, complete trigger guard coverage, and softened radius edges that prevent the hot spots that make IWB rigs painful after eight hours. The holster arrives with two tuckable 1.5" belt clips and one standard 1.5" belt clip, so you can experiment with carry positions and clothing options. Cant adjusts across 15 degrees, and stackable thickness shims let you dial in ride height and mechanical advantage. Slide-mounted optic relief and co-witness suppressor-height sight channels mean your pistol stays configured for duty or defensive use. Each holster is handmade to spec at MFT facilities in the USA, with precision tooling for the Glock 43X platform.
Not compatible with threaded barrels or compensators, as these modifications can affect function. A comfort carry paddle is available separately if you prefer outside-the-waistband carry.

Yes. The Mission First Tactical Pro Series for the Glock 43X includes a slide-mounted optic relief cut and a co-witness suppressor-height sight channel, so it's designed to accommodate most modern optic setups on your 43X.
No. This holster is not compatible with threaded barrels or compensators, as these modifications can affect how the firearm functions in the holster. Stick with an unmodified 43X barrel.
The holster ships with two tuckable 1.5" belt clips and one standard 1.5" belt clip, giving you flexibility in positioning and clothing compatibility. If you prefer to carry outside the waistband (OWB), a comfort carry paddle is available separately.
The holster is manufactured in either right-hand or left-hand configuration based on your selection at purchase. It is not ambidextrous in the sense of switching between hand positions, but MFT offers the same Pro Series design for both orientations.
The In-line Magnetic Retention System (ILMRS) uses an 11-pound neodymium magnet to hold your loaded pistol firmly in the holster. This retention is independent of any weapon-mounted light, so the magnet alone provides the security without toggles, buttons, or locks to manipulate during the draw.
