Mission First Tactical
The Mission First Tactical BUPSWF flip-up front sight is a no-nonsense backup iron sight designed for AR-platform rifles and carbines. Built from military-grade reinforced polyamide and made in the USA, this folding front sight mounts directly to any 1913 Picatinny rail and accepts standard front post blades. It's built for shooters who want a compact, reliable backup optic solution that won't interfere with primary glass or eat up rail real estate.
One of the BUPSWF's smartest design choices is its protective shroud—a feature that sets it apart from generic flip-up sights. The shroud shelters the front post blade from debris, impacts, and the wear that comes from hard use in the field or at the range. When you fold it down, it stays protected. When you need it, flip it up and you're ready. The slim profile means it tucks neatly under most optics without creating a snag hazard or forcing you to choose between your scope and your irons.
Elevation adjustment follows the standard 1/4 MOA click system, and you'll need a standard front sight tool to make changes. This isn't a gimmick sight—it's a proven design that works because it keeps complexity out of the equation. Whether you're building a home-defense rifle, a patrol carbine, or an accuracy gun with multiple aiming solutions, the BUPSWF delivers the backup capability serious shooters expect.
