If you've built an AR or AK pistol around an SB Tactical arm brace, you already know those setups offer less attachment flexibility than a traditional rifle stock. The Midwest Industries SB Tactical Sling Adapter fills that gap by giving you a solid, non-rotating sling mounting point specifically engineered for SB Tactical braces. This adapter uses a patent-pending design to lock your sling in place without the wobble or drift that can happen with universal mounts, so your support stays consistent whether you're running a light setup on the range or a duty-configured pistol for home defense.

Built from 6061 aluminum with a hard-anodized black finish, this sling adapter is made to withstand regular use and the elements. It's American-made, which means you're getting a quality part with traceable sourcing—something that matters when you're relying on your gear to work every time. The quick-detach socket design means you can swap slings without tools or hassle.

Compatibility is tight: this adapter is made for SB Tactical braces only, so check your brace model before ordering. It works with the SBT, SBT5, SBT5K, and SBTEVO brace platforms. If you're running one of those and want to add sling capability to your pistol, this is a purposeful, well-engineered solution that doesn't compromise on durability or function.
