The Midwest Industries Slimline AR-15 handguard in 15" length is a purpose-built free-floating rail system designed for shooters who want to modernize their platform without bulk. Built from 6061 aluminum and hard coat anodized in black, this handguard strips away excess material while keeping attachment options where they matter—three sides of M-LOK slots and a full-length Picatinny rail on top. At just 1.5" outside diameter, it won't slow you down on the bench, in the field, or on the line, and the interior diameter of 1.3" ensures a solid lock on your barrel.

Installation is straightforward thanks to the included 4140 heat-treated barrel nut and wrench. The real standout is Midwest Industries' proprietary 4140 heat-treated torque plate—engineered to handle repeated removal and installation cycles without galling or stripping. Two integral anti-rotation QD sling sockets keep you mounted and ready. The rail comes fully dehorned and deburred, so you won't fight sharp edges when running it in tight positions or under stress.

Made in the USA and built for duty, this handguard delivers the versatility AR shooters demand without compromising a lightweight build. A 5-slot polymer M-LOK rail is included, ready to mount optics, lights, and accessories immediately out of the box. Whether you're building a precision rifle, a 3-gun stage gun, or a hunting AR that needs to stay nimble, the 15" Slimline offers the real estate to work with while keeping things as slim as an AR can reasonably be.
