The Midwest Industries Aluminum 1913 Picatinny Rail Barrel Mount for AK-47 brings modern accessory compatibility to your Kalashnikov without permanent modification. This patent-pending barrel mount solves a common AK platform challenge: adding lights, lasers, or optics to the handguard area while preserving the rifle's field-strippable design and cleaning rod access. Built from 6061 aluminum with hardcoat anodize, it's lightweight at just 2.4 ounces yet tough enough for hard use in the field or at the range.

Installation is straightforward—no gunsmithing, no drilling, no permanent changes to your rifle. The mount clamps securely to AK-pattern barrels ranging from .580 to .700 inches in diameter, fitting most AK-47 and AK-74 variants. You get 2.1 inches of genuine 1913 Picatinny rail on each side, and the mount is reversible, so you can dial in forward or rear offset depending on your optic or accessory layout and shooting style. Whether you're running a weapon light for home defense, a laser for close-quarters work, or stacking accessories for a recce build, this rail gives you a mil-spec platform that doesn't compromise the rifle's core functionality.

Made 100% in the USA, this mount carries a lifetime warranty and reflects Midwest Industries' commitment to quality aluminum work. The rugged construction and thoughtful design make it a go-to solution for AK shooters who want to modernize their platform without permanent alterations.
