Meprolight Tru-Dot adjustable tritium night sights for Glock 17-39 deliver reliable low-light aiming when ambient light fails—no batteries, no switches, no compromise. A matched front and rear sight set powered by self-illuminating tritium gas tubes, these sights give you a green/green 3-dot sight picture in near-total darkness. Whether you're shooting law enforcement drills, running night-qualification strings, or carry-training in dim light, Tru-Dots cut through conditions where standard iron sights are effectively blind.

Meprolight's tritium technology is battle-proven: it's trusted by NATO, U.S., and Israeli military forces, and proven in the field by professional shooters and armed civilians who need fast, accurate target acquisition when daylight is gone. The front sight is always bright green for contrast against the rear sight, giving your eyes a clean sight picture to break shots. Unlike illuminated or powered optics, tritium is passive—it glows continuously and won't fail if your batteries die or your light runs out of charge.

The sights are sealed against weather, gun solvents, and oils; tritium lifespan is measured in decades, so you install these once and forget them. For your Glock 17-39, the front sight replaces the factory blade and is pinned in place. The rear sight replaces your slide's factory unit entirely, and includes all necessary hardware. Meprolight backs these sights with a 12-year factory warranty to the original purchaser.

Do these night sights work on all Glock models?

How long do tritium night sights stay bright?

Tritium gas tubes have a lifespan measured in years and decades, not hours or months like batteries. These sights maintain their glow continuously throughout their service life without any battery replacement or charging.

What comes in the box?

You get a complete front and rear sight set. The front sight replaces your factory blade and is pinned in place. The rear sight replaces your slide's factory unit entirely, and all necessary mounting hardware is included.

Do I need special tools or gunsmith help to install these?

Meprolight Tru-Dot sights require precise installation. Professional gunsmith service is strongly recommended to ensure proper sight alignment, windage and elevation, and return to zero. Improper installation can affect accuracy and safety.
