The Meprolight Polarizer & Flash Guard for Mepro M21 Tactical Sight is a two-piece optical accessory kit designed to expand the usability of your M21 reflex sight across changing light conditions. If you've run your M21 in bright outdoor sun and watched the reticle wash out, or struggled with glare and lens protection in demanding field work, this kit addresses both problems—and the components can be deployed together or independently depending on your mission.

The polarizer filter is the core solution to washout. As you transition from low-light indoor or overcast conditions into bright daylight, a reflex sight's image can lose contrast and definition. The polarizer cuts through that problem by filtering ambient light, keeping your reticle crisp and vivid even when conditions shift dramatically. Adjustment is simple: clickable settings let you dial in the level of filtration your eyes need without tools or complexity.

The flash guard serves dual duty: it shields the M21's 30mm lens from contact damage and scratches during handling and storage, and simultaneously reduces glare that can degrade sight picture in harsh light. Because both components screw into the M21, installation is straightforward, and you can run them as a pair or use either one separately if your specific setup or conditions call for it.

Built for shooters who depend on the M21 for tactical, defensive, or field applications where light conditions aren't always predictable, this kit makes your sight more versatile without adding bulk or complication.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this work with my Mepro M21 Tactical Sight?

Yes. This kit is designed specifically for the Mepro M21 and attaches via the M21's threaded mount.

Can I use the polarizer and flash guard separately?

Yes. Both components screw in independently, so you can run the polarizer alone, the flash guard alone, or both together depending on lighting and your preference.

What does the polarizer actually do?

The polarizer filter reduces the washout effect that happens when a reflex sight's reticle loses contrast in bright light, particularly during rapid transitions from dark to bright environments. Clickable settings let you adjust the level of filtration.

Does the flash guard affect my sight picture?

The flash guard reduces glare while protecting the 30mm lens from scratches and contact damage. It's designed to improve sight clarity without interfering with normal operation.
