The Meprolight FT Bullseye tritium fiber optic rear sight for Glock 17-43X and 48 models brings patented dual-illumination technology to your carry gun. Unlike conventional pistol sights, the FT Bullseye combines fiber-optic and tritium elements in a compact, low-profile package that captures ambient light during the day and self-illuminates at night—no batteries, no switches, always ready. If you shoot Glocks and want a sighting system that works equally well at the range in bright sun or on night duty in low light, this rear sight eliminates the guesswork.

The design is built around a bullseye reticle—a glowing dot inside a circle that speeds target acquisition and makes indexing natural and intuitive. Because it mounts to the existing dovetail on your Glock and replaces the factory rear sight without requiring a front sight modification, installation is straightforward. The low profile means the FT Bullseye plays well with most existing holster fitment, so you won't be forced into a gear overhaul. The tritium element is guaranteed to hold its glow for 12 years, giving you a long service life from a single rear sight.

Built on Meprolight's optical illumination patent, the FT Bullseye is one of the smallest optics of its kind. For Glock shooters who value simplicity, speed, and reliability in all conditions—whether you're running transitions drills at the indoor range or carrying for personal defense—this is a straightforward upgrade that doesn't demand a major platform change or battery discipline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the FT Bullseye work with my current Glock holster?

Yes. The FT Bullseye is a low-profile rear sight that mounts to your existing dovetail and fits most existing holsters without modification.

Do I need to replace my front sight, or does this come with one?

No. The FT Bullseye rear sight works without requiring a front sight replacement, so you can install it on your Glock's dovetail as a standalone upgrade.

How does the illumination work without batteries?

The fiber-optic element collects ambient light during bright conditions and feeds it to the reticle. In low light or darkness, the tritium element takes over and provides self-illumination. There are no batteries or switches to manage—it's always ready.

How long will the tritium stay bright?

Meprolight guarantees the tritium illumination for 12 years from purchase.
