Mec-Gar USA
The Mec-Gar Bersa Thunder 380 ACP 8-round steel magazine delivers reliable feeding and honest capacity for shooters who carry or train with Bersa Thunder pistols in .380 ACP. Built by Mec-Gar USA, a magazine manufacturer since 1965, this is purpose-built steel—not an afterthought sourced from a multi-product supplier. If you rely on your Bersa for personal protection or range time, a quality spare magazine matters, and Mec-Gar has spent decades perfecting the fundamentals of spring strength, follower geometry, and tube durability.
The magazine body is carbon steel, heat-treated to handle repeated loading cycles without deformation or weakening. The spring is high-tensile music wire, engineered to maintain consistent upward pressure through the magazine's service life, and the steel follower keeps rounds moving reliably up the stack. A removable polymer finger rest rounds out the bottom, letting you tune grip comfort and making field stripping straightforward if needed.
This magazine holds 8 rounds of .380 ACP and fits Bersa Thunder pistols—just note that it is not compatible with Bersa's Concealed Carry model. Whether you shoot for accuracy, self-defense, or both, a Mec-Gar magazine gives you the spare or backup your handgun deserves, built to the same engineering standard that law enforcement and military armories have trusted for years.
