The MDT V5 Skeleton Rifle Stock in black is a purpose-built buttstock for bolt-action precision rifles, designed to dial in comfort and repeatability without leaving the shooting position. Built from 6061-T6 aluminum with a Cerakote finish, it delivers the rigidity serious shooters demand while keeping weight minimal—ideal whether you're dialing in at a bench, running a precision match, or hunting from field positions.
What sets the V5 apart is its adjustment system. Large, tactile thumbwheels let you quickly tune both length of pull and cheek-riser height to match your shooting style and prone position—no tools, no fumbling. The cheek rest angles up to 8 degrees on either side for fine-tuning your sight picture, and an integrated bolt cut-out in the cheek rest means you can strip the action without removing the buttstock. That's the kind of practical design that saves time between shots.
The V5 ships with a mini buffer tube and features M-LOK slots that accept 1.5" rails or other M-LOK accessories for sling mounts, lights, or gear. Dual QD flush cup sling mounts on either side give you flexible carry options. Note: this is a fixed buttstock interface and will not work with AR-style buffer tubes.
Compatibility varies depending on your chassis. The V5 is designed for the TAC21, and also works with LSS-XL, LSS, and HS3 chassis systems—though length of pull will differ across platforms. Check your chassis documentation to confirm fit before ordering.
