Mauser
The Mauser M20 is a .22LR rimfire pistol built for shooters who want a manageable, controllable handgun for plinking, small-game hunting, or recreational range work. This 4-inch barreled variant strikes a balance between portability and sight radius, chambered in an affordable, low-recoil round that won't fatigue your hand over extended sessions. The M20's double/single-action design and aluminum slide construction make it a practical choice for anyone looking to build fundamentals or simply enjoy consistent, hassle-free shooting.
The ergonomic touches here matter: textured grip surfaces keep your hand steady in variable conditions, and the machined aluminum slide accepts both high-velocity and standard-velocity .22 LR ammunition without fuss. A hammer de-cocker lets you safely lower the hammer without firing, and the slide-mounted safety puts control exactly where you need it. Front and rear slide serrations aid your grip and sight picture, especially in low light. At just 1.4 pounds, the M20 won't wear you out during a long day of shooting, and the 10-round capacity keeps you on target longer between reloads.
This is straightforward, honest design: a well-made rimfire pistol that does its job without pretense. Whether you're introducing someone new to handguns or adding a low-recoil trainer to your collection, the M20 delivers the kind of reliable, uncomplicated performance that builds shooting confidence.
