Magview
The Magview 82028 Wireless Charging Phone Plate is a specialized mounting accessory designed to keep your smartphone powered while digiscoping with Magview binocular and spotting scope adapters. If you're serious about capturing wildlife, distant targets, or landscape detail through your optics, this plate solves a real problem: most phone mounts force you to choose between secure attachment and keeping your device charged. This one lets you do both.
The plate works on a simple but clever principle. Magview's magnetic system lives in the adapter itself, not on your phone—that means the plate stays clear of wireless charging coils and signal paths. You mount the plate to your phone (it's sized at 2.5" × 3.25" to fit standard smartphone backs), attach the phone to your adapter magnetically, and your wireless charger still works exactly as it should. Made from proprietary material that won't interfere with charging or cellular reception, it's built to last in field conditions without adding bulk.
At roughly 2.5 by 3.25 inches, the plate is compact enough to stay on your phone full-time if you run a wireless charging setup at home or in camp. Finished in matte black, it keeps a low profile on your device and won't glint in the field. Made in the USA, it's sold individually and pairs seamlessly with existing Magview digiscope and binocular adapters.
If you're building a digiscoping rig and need to stay in touch or record footage without sacrificing charge, this plate removes a genuine friction point from the system.

Yes. The plate is made from material that does not interfere with wireless charging or cellular signal. It's compatible with most wireless charging solutions, so your phone will charge normally when placed on a compatible pad.
The plate measures 2.50" × 3.25", which suits most modern smartphones. However, we recommend confirming that your specific phone model can accommodate it without interference with your phone's design or charging port.
No. The plate is designed to stay on your phone full-time. It's a thin, low-profile accessory that won't interfere with normal phone operation or wireless charging when you're not using your digiscope adapter.
The plate attaches magnetically to Magview binocular and spotting scope digiscope adapters. The magnets are integrated into the adapter itself, so the plate simply clicks into place—no tools or adhesive required.
