The Luth-AR A2 Rifle Buttstock Extension Tube is a foundational upgrade for AR platform shooters who want to swap or replace their current buffer tube assembly. Built from 6061-T6 aluminum with a hardcoat anodized black finish, this extension tube handles the rigors of the range and field while maintaining a clean, durable appearance. Whether you're building an AR-15 in 223/5.56 or stepping up to an AR-10 in 308/7.62, this tube works across both platforms, making it a practical choice for builders and gunsmiths managing multiple caliber setups.

The A2 design pairs with standard A2 fixed buttstock configurations, giving you straightforward compatibility within the mil-spec ecosystem. The aluminum construction keeps weight down without sacrificing strength—a critical consideration when you're fine-tuning the balance and handling of your rifle. Whether you're replacing a worn tube or assembling a new build from the ground up, this Luth-AR piece delivers the no-nonsense engineering expected from quality AR components.

If you're building or rebuilding an AR and need a reliable, proven buffer tube that won't break the bank or eat up your build timeline, the Luth-AR A2 extension tube is the straightforward choice. It's the kind of component that doesn't get a lot of attention—until you need one, and then you want it to work every time.
