The Lee Round Nose Pistol Mould in .452" 228 grain is built for serious handloaders who cast their own bullets. This double-cavity mould with included handles lets you produce consistent, properly formed pistol bullets at your own pace—no waiting on commercial supplies, and no compromise on quality. Whether you're working up loads for revolvers, semi-autos, or just prefer the control that comes with casting your own, this mould delivers reliable performance cast after cast.
Lee's aluminum construction is a practical choice for the reloading bench. Aluminum heats and cools faster than iron or steel, which means less thermal stress on your hands and wrists during extended casting sessions—a real advantage when you're pushing volume. The material is also naturally rust-resistant, so your mould will hold up through years of use without the maintenance headaches of iron. The specially crimped block halves are engineered to maintain dimensional consistency, helping you produce round, properly sized bullets even after hundreds of casts.
This is a straightforward, no-frills tool that does what it's supposed to do. You get the mould and the handles—everything you need to start casting .452" bullets. Pair it with your Lee casting furnace and ladle, and you're in business.
