Lee Precisiom
The Lee Carbide Breech Lock Bushings 4-Die Set for .44 Special and .44 Magnum is purpose-built for reloaders using Lee's Breech Lock quick-change press systems. If you're working with mixed range brass or shooting high-volume pistol rounds, this carbide die set handles the full sizing, expanding, seating, and crimping cycle in one efficient package. The colored quick-change bushings make it easy to swap between calibers or grab the right die at a glance—no fumbling with wrench adjustments between rounds.
Carbide dies mean less maintenance than traditional steel dies and no need for case lube on most pistol brass, which speeds up your prep work. The micrometer bullet seating die gives you precise control over load consistency, and the included factory crimp die ensures every round seats and crimps in one straightforward motion. Whether you're loading for target practice, cowboy action shooting, or hunting with a .44 Magnum, this set covers the core operations you need.
Lee includes a universal shell holder, powder dipper, and load data for both .44 Special and .44 Magnum, so you're ready to start reloading out of the box. The set also works with .445 Super Mag if you're willing to source appropriate load data from powder manufacturers. This is a no-frills, high-value setup that rewards careful technique and attention to detail—classic Lee philosophy.
