The Lee Pacesetter .308 Winchester rifle die set is built for reloaders who want a straightforward, affordable three-die system that handles the essentials without complexity. If you're getting into .308 reloading or working up loads with mixed range brass, this set gives you the core tools to get rounds on the bench consistently and cost-effectively. Lee's Pacesetter line is known for no-frills functionality—you get what you need, nothing you don't, and a price tag that won't hurt your wallet.
The three-die progression covers your full-length sizing, bullet seating with micrometer adjustment for precision, and factory crimp—a smart sequence for both new and once-fired brass. The micrometer bullet seating die is particularly useful for dialing in consistent cartridge overall length, which matters for feeding reliability and accuracy. Full-length sizing works best for mixed brass since it normalizes case dimensions across different lots and headstamps, so you're not chasing fit problems from round to round.
This package includes the universal shellholder and powder measure, so you're not hunting around for accessories before you can start. You also get load data and instructions to get oriented quickly. It's a no-compromise option for hunters, range shooters, and precision reloaders who shoot .308 Winchester and prefer Lee's straightforward design philosophy over premium-priced alternatives.

Yes. The full-length sizing die normalizes cases from different manufacturers and lots, which is ideal if you're collecting and reloading mixed headstamp brass from the range.
You get the three dies (full-length sizing, micrometer bullet seating, and factory crimp), a universal shellholder, a powder measure, and load data with reloading instructions.
The micrometer adjustment lets you fine-tune cartridge overall length with precision and repeatability, so you can dial in your preferred seating depth and reproduce it consistently from round to round.
You'll need a reloading press (not included) that accepts standard .308 Winchester dies, but the set includes the shellholder and powder measure so you can begin reloading once you have a press set up.
