Larue Tactical
The Larue Tactical LT915 1.535" cantilever mount is a precision aluminum optic base designed for shooters who demand repeatable, rock-solid performance on the range or in the field. This 34mm tube mount combines Larue's reputation for accuracy-first engineering with a cantilever design that positions your optic forward of the receiver, a configuration favored by long-range hunters and competition shooters who want maximum eye relief and sight picture flexibility.
Built from aluminum and finished to Larue's exacting standards, the LT915 accepts 34mm scope tubes—the diameter preferred by premium hunting and tactical optics. The integrated 20 MOA cant addresses the natural angle-of-fire relationship on modern rifle platforms, effectively stretching your elevation adjustment range for extended-range shooting without requiring you to cant the rifle or dial in excessive scope elevation.
Larue mounts are known in precision rifle circles for minimal runout and repeatable performance shot after shot. The cantilever design means your scope sits forward of the rear receiver ring, which can improve ergonomics and sight picture on certain platforms, and the 1.535" height positions your optic at a practical viewing distance for most hunting and tactical configurations.
If you're building a dedicated long-range rifle, upgrading from a loose-tolerance base, or simply want a mount engineered to tighter tolerances than mass-market aluminum bases, the LT915 delivers the kind of consistency that separates good shooting from great shooting.
| Tube Diameter | 34mm |
| Mount Type | Cantilever |
| Integrated Cant | 20 MOA |
| Height | 1.535" |
| Material | Aluminum |
The integrated 20 MOA angle tilts your optic forward slightly, which increases the scope's elevation adjustment range without requiring you to dial excessive elevation turret clicks. This is particularly useful for long-range or precision rifles where you want maximum adjustment travel without mechanical limitations.
The LT915 is a cantilever mount for 34mm optics. Compatibility depends on your specific rifle platform and whether your scope uses a 34mm tube. We recommend confirming your rifle's mounting surface and your optic's tube diameter before ordering.
A cantilever positions the optic forward of the rear receiver ring, which can improve eye relief and sight picture on some rifles. Standard mounts typically sit directly over the receiver. Cantilevers are common on precision and long-range builds where forward optic position is an advantage.
