L.E. Wilson
The L.E. Wilson Case Holder (standard) for 6mm/6.5-284 Win. is an essential tool for anyone trimming rifle brass during the reloading process. This case holder secures your fired brass by its body taper—not the case head—providing a stable platform for consistent trimming work. Whether you're working with once-fired cases, new brass, or full-length resized rounds, this single holder covers all three conditions, making it a versatile addition to your reloading bench.
Wilson designed this holder around the specific body diameter and length of the 6mm and 6.5-284 Winchester cartridges, ensuring a precise fit that won't damage your brass or allow movement during the trimming operation. The body-taper design means you get reliable case control without reliance on the case head, a hallmark of Wilson's trusted case-preparation approach. Because the holder is caliber-specific, you're guaranteed a snug, workable fit every time you mount a case.
Built in the U.S.A., this standard case holder is the all-in-one solution for 6mm and 6.5-284 Winchester shooters who want to trim brass accurately and efficiently. If Wilson doesn't manufacture a dedicated "new case" holder for your caliber, this standard holder will handle all your trimming needs across different brass conditions—fired, resized, or virgin.
