Kriss USA
The Kriss Vector Gen II CRB is a 9mm semi-automatic rifle built around Kriss USA's proprietary delayed-blowback operating system—a design that manages recoil and muzzle rise in ways conventional blowback platforms simply can't match. If you're looking for a 9mm rifle that handles fast follow-up shots, runs suppressed, or just feels controllable in tactical or defensive setups, the Vector Gen II CRB delivers the mechanical advantage that makes shooters notice the difference right away.
The 16-inch barrel keeps the overall profile compact—37.25 inches collapsed, 38.5 inches extended—without sacrificing the velocity or ballistic performance you'd expect from a rifle-length 9mm platform. At 7.8 pounds unloaded, it's light enough to run all day without fatigue, yet substantial enough to manage rapid fire. The frame combines advanced metal and polymer composite construction with a durable Cerakote finish, built to handle real-world use in hunting, home defense, or range work.
The 40-round magazine capacity means fewer reload breaks during training or competition, and the ergonomics are refined for shooters who demand both speed and precision. Whether you're running suppressed for hog hunting, setting up for 3-gun, or stacking rounds downrange at distance, the Vector Gen II CRB's low-bore-axis design and mechanical recoil management give you the platform to execute.
| Caliber | 9x19 mm |
| Operating System | Closed bolt delayed-blowback (KSV System) |
| Barrel Length | 16 inches / 406 mm |
| Overall Length (Extended) | 38.5 inches / 978 mm |
| Overall Length (Collapsed) | 35.25 inches / 895 mm |
| Overall Height | 6.8 inches / 175 mm |
| Unloaded Weight | 7.8 lbs / 3.5 kg |
| Frame Material | Advanced Metal Components and Advanced Polymer Composite |
| Frame Finish | Cerakote |
| Magazine Capacity | 40 rounds |
| Configuration | Carbine (CRB) |
The KSV delayed-blowback system is the key difference. Instead of relying on direct blowback or gas operation, the Vector uses a patented mechanical design that significantly reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise. This translates to faster, more controllable follow-up shots and measurably less jump on target.
Yes. The delayed-blowback design and closed-bolt operation make the Vector an excellent host for a suppressor. The system's recoil management pairs well with sound suppression for hunting and range applications.
The Vector Gen II CRB features a collapsible design, reducing the overall length from 38.5 inches to 35.25 inches. This gives you flexibility for storage, transport, and handling in tight spaces.
The Vector Gen II ships with a 40-round magazine. This capacity is standard for the platform and allows extended shooting sessions with fewer reloads.
