The Konus SightPro Fission 2.0 1x17x23 red dot sight is a featherweight aiming solution built for shooters who refuse to compromise on speed or carry weight. At just 1.76 ounces, this micro-compact red dot delivers unlimited eye relief and zero parallax—meaning you get a clean sight picture from handguns to shotguns to rifles, regardless of where your eye sits behind the optic. The 4 MOA dot is bright enough to find in daylight but doesn't wash out in dim conditions, thanks to five illumination intensity settings you'll dial with a conveniently placed push button that stays out of your shooting hand's way.
The Fission 2.0 excels on platforms where every tenth of an ounce matters: carry guns, truck guns, and lightweight shotguns where adding an ounce or two changes how the gun handles. It's also a smart co-witness option mounted to a picatinny rail alongside a riflescope for close-quarters backup or transitioning between distance and speed shooting. The strategically designed button control keeps battery drain minimal—a CR2032 coin cell comes included and lasts longer thanks to the thoughtful switch placement. A full protective body cover ships with the sight, keeping your glass clean when holstered or stored.
Installation is straightforward: the Fission 2.0 fits any Picatinny or Weaver grooved receiver, so mounting to your shotgun, pistol rail, or rifle doesn't require gunsmithing. The matte finish resists glint and plays well with modern tactical or hunting setups without drawing attention. This is the kind of no-fuss, lightweight optic that earns its place on a truck gun or backup handgun precisely because it doesn't force you to choose between capability and carry comfort.

The Konus SightPro Fission 2.0 fits any firearm with a Picatinny or Weaver grooved receiver, including handguns, shotguns, and rifles. Its minimal 1.76-ounce weight makes it particularly well-suited for carry guns and lightweight platforms where weight matters. Many shooters also use it as a co-witness alongside a primary scope for close-range or backup shooting.
The Fission 2.0 ships with a CR2032 coin cell battery included. The push button switch design is positioned to optimize battery performance and minimize drain during storage or when the sight isn't actively in use. Actual battery life will depend on your brightness setting and frequency of use.
The Fission 2.0 features a 4 MOA dot. At close range and intermediate distances typical of handgun and shotgun work, a 4 MOA dot covers enough target area for fast sight acquisition without obscuring precision. At longer distances, the dot grows slightly larger relative to the target, which is why many shooters pair this sight as a backup to a primary scope or use it for close-quarters scenarios.
The Konus SightPro Fission 2.0 comes with a full body protective cover to keep the lens clean when not in use, plus a CR2032 coin cell battery ready to go.
