KNS Precision Gen 2 Mod 2 .154" non-rotating trigger and hammer pins are engineered to eliminate a common failure point in AR-15 and M16 platforms: the drift and rotation of factory pins under the recoil impulse of rapid fire. Unlike standard pins that can walk out of spec during sustained shooting, these pins lock in place and stay put, regardless of caliber or rate of fire. If you're running suppressed semi-auto or full-auto .223, 9mm, or 7.62mm rifles and want the confidence that your trigger assembly won't shift or fail, these are exactly what you need.

Built from stainless steel and finished in your choice of coatings—black nitride for the black variant, DuraCoat for all color options including this Flat Dark Earth finish—KNS pins are designed to handle the high-impact forces that come with both suppressed and unsuppressed fire. The non-rotating design means the pins resist the rotational stress that causes traditional pins to loosen and drift. This is a reliability upgrade, not a cosmetic one, and it's become a standard practice among competitive shooters, military armurers, and serious operators who demand consistency from their rifles.

Installation is straightforward on any AR-15 or M16-pattern rifle. KNS recommends a maximum torque specification of 11 inch-pounds, with a suggested working spec of 8 inch-pounds, so you don't need special tools—just a punch and a level head. Once installed, you won't think about them again; they'll quietly do their job, keeping your trigger and hammer assembly rock-solid through hundreds or thousands of rounds.
