The Kleen-Bore Breakfree CLP Wipes offer a no-fuss way to keep your firearms clean, lubricated, and protected between range sessions or hunts. These pre-saturated wipes come in a 6-pack and are soaked with Mil-Spec CLP—a proven formula that handles all three jobs: cleaning fouling and residue, lubricating moving parts, and laying down a protective layer against rust. Unlike bottles and sprays that require brushes, patches, and rods, a wipe is grab-and-go, making field maintenance or quick touch-ups genuinely practical.

The wipes themselves are soft, absorbent, and non-woven, so they won't fray or leave lint behind. Mil-Spec CLP is known for performing in extreme environments—it's been field-tested in serious conditions and holds up under high heat and pressure without breaking down. The formula includes rust inhibitors to protect steel and other metal surfaces, and it won't harm standard firearm finishes like parkerizing, bluing, or modern coatings. That matters when you're maintaining rifles, pistols, or shotguns you rely on.

Because they're portable and self-contained, these wipes suit hunters, shooters, and anyone who values quick maintenance without the setup. Toss a pack in your range bag, truck, or backpack for routine cleaning and protection when you don't have a full cleaning kit handy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use these wipes on all my firearms?

Yes. The CLP formula won't harm standard firearm finishes, so they're safe for rifles, pistols, shotguns, and other conventional firearms. Always verify compatibility with specialty or custom finishes if needed.

Do these wipes replace a full cleaning kit?

They're ideal for quick maintenance and field touch-ups, but a complete cleaning kit with brushes and patches remains the best choice for deep cleaning after heavy shooting. Think of these as a convenient supplement for routine care and protection.

What's included in the 6-pack?

Six pre-saturated wipes, each ready to use right out of the pack. No mixing or preparation required.

Will the CLP formula protect against rust?

Yes. The wipes contain rust inhibitors formulated to protect metal surfaces. Regular use helps prevent oxidation and corrosion.
