Kershaw
The Kershaw Livewire KER 9000T is a full-size OTF (out-the-front) automatic knife built for hard use and quick deployment. Designed by Matt Diskin, this tanto-blade folder combines American manufacturing with premium blade steel and a shooter-friendly action that works reliably in the field, truck, or at the range. If you carry a fixed blade for camp or hunting backup, or you want a dependable automatic for utility and tactical work, the Livewire's blade geometry and balance make it a genuine performer.
The tanto blade shape is what sets this knife apart for serious users. That angular, reinforced tip excels at piercing and slicing through tough materials—rope, webbing, game processing—without the fragility of a traditional drop-point or clip-point tip. The 3.3-inch CPM MagnaCut blade uses powdered metallurgy steel, which means superior edge retention, genuine corrosion resistance, and toughness that won't chip or roll under hard use. The BlackWash finish hides scratches and wear, so your knife looks battle-ready even after months of real work.
Carry is comfortable and practical. The black anodized aluminum handle is lightweight but sturdy, with textured grip panels that hold firm whether your hands are wet or gloved. The charcoal gray Cerakote button is curved and natural under the thumb, giving you consistent, confident firing. The deep-carry clip is reversible—swap it in seconds for left or right-side carry, and it sits low in the pocket so the knife stays concealed until you need it.
This is made-in-the-USA gear. Kershaw's reputation for reliability backs up every deployment, and the Livewire's solid build means you can depend on it season after season.
