The Kel-Tec Gen3 SUB2000 in 10mm Auto is a compact, lightweight semi-automatic rifle built for shooters who need serious capability without the bulk. Chambered in 10mm and compatible with Glock Model 20 magazines, this folding carbine delivers rifle-class power in a package that folds down tight enough to stash in a backpack, vehicle, or closet. The 16.15-inch threaded barrel gives you velocity and accuracy in a genuinely portable form factor—rare for a rifle that punches 10mm energy. Whether you're setting up for home defense, truck gun duty, or backcountry carry, the Sub 2000 Gen 3 offers the kind of practical versatility that appeals to overlanders, truck owners, and shooters who refuse to compromise on firepower.
The 10mm cartridge has earned a loyal following among hunters and defensive shooters for its flat trajectory, deep penetration, and proven performance on larger game and big predators. Pairing that capability with a rifle platform means you get the precision and accuracy of a carbine with the raw power of a major caliber—and because it uses Glock 20 magazines, you can keep ammunition costs down and compatibility high. The threaded barrel opens the door to suppressor mounting or muzzle brake options, giving you flexibility to tailor the rifle to your mission.
Kel-Tec's folding design isn't just a gimmick; it's genuine engineering that lets you deploy a serious rifle from confined spaces and pack it light. At approximately 4.25 pounds, this is featherweight for a centerfire carbine. The black matte finish resists glare and doesn't scream for attention, and the semi-auto action delivers reliable, manual-trigger control for every shot. One 15-round magazine ships with the rifle, giving you a legitimate fighting load right out of the box.
This is a rifle for the practical shooter—someone who values compact size and folding convenience without sacrificing ballistic performance or magazine ecosystem. It's not flashy, but it works.
