The KAK PLAN B multitool wrench is a purpose-built armorer's tool designed for shooters and gunsmiths who work with modern muzzle devices and suppressors. Rather than juggling multiple tools, this single wrench handles the most common installation and removal tasks for A2 flash hiders, Plan B muzzle devices, Hub mounts, and Bravo-pattern suppressors—making it an essential addition to any serious AR platform builder's kit or range bag.
What sets this multitool apart is its practical engineering: the integrated 1/2" drive cutout accepts standard torque wrenches or breaker bars, letting you apply precise force when mounting or dismounting muzzle devices and suppressors. The multiple wrench flats handle different fastener sizes without forcing you to reach for separate tools. Whether you're installing a suppressor for the first time or maintaining your setup after a range session, having the right wrench on hand eliminates frustration and helps ensure proper torque specs are met.
KAK Industry has built a reputation for straightforward, functional AR parts, and the Plan B wrench reflects that philosophy—no unnecessary features, just the sizes and drive options that actually get used in the field and at the bench. That said, keep in mind that some suppressor manufacturers have warranty restrictions on using third-party installation tools, so check with your suppressor maker before use.
The Plan B wrench handles A2 flash hiders, Plan B muzzle devices, Hub mounts, and most Bravo-pattern suppressors. The 3/4", 13/16", and 1" wrench flats cover the most common fastener sizes on these platforms.
The wrench is mechanically compatible with the suppressors and mounts listed above. However, some suppressor manufacturers will not honor warranty claims if non-OEM tools are used during installation, so contact your suppressor maker first to confirm their policy.
