IWI US
The IWI US Masada 9mm is a striker-fired polymer pistol built for shooters who demand a refined, modern defensive or range platform. Developed to meet contemporary operational needs, the Masada combines rock-solid reliability with a thoughtful feature set that appeals equally to carry shooters, competitive practitioners, and folks simply looking for a capable 9mm that doesn't compromise on ergonomics or control. This particular model arrives with a 4.1-inch barrel, comes optics-ready out of the box, and ships with a 10-round magazine—making it a straightforward, no-fuss tool.
What sets the Masada apart in a crowded striker-fired market is its attention to user comfort. The pistol ships with three interchangeable wraparound backstraps and a deep beavertail, so hand sizes from small to large find a natural, instinctive grip angle. Fully ambidextrous controls—slide stop and magazine release—work equally well for lefties and righties. The low barrel axis reduces felt recoil, and the large trigger guard accommodates shooting both with and without gloves. Enhanced grip texturing keeps your hand planted during rapid follow-ups, and the stainless steel, 4.1-inch barrel is topped with Mepro Hyper-Bright three-dot night sights that cut through low light without gimmickry.
The Masada trigger breaks clean and crisp with a 6-pound pull and positive reset; a built-in safety prevents firing unless the trigger is pressed. An integrated Picatinny rail runs under the dust cover for lights or lasers. The frame is high-strength fiberglass-reinforced polymer engineered for durability across harsh conditions. The modular steel trigger housing removes easily for straightforward takedown and maintenance—no surprises, no fiddling.
The optics-ready platform ships with mounting plates for Trijicon RMR, Vortex Venom, Leupold Delta Point Pro, and Sig Romeo1 red dots, so adding a modern sight is as simple as choosing your optic and bolting it on. Use only those listed systems; other mounts risk damaging the slide.
