The Infiray Outdoor RICO Mk2 LRF thermal weapon sight delivers professional-grade thermal imaging for hunters and long-range shooters who demand reliability in low-light and no-light conditions. Built on proven Mk1 architecture and refined for 2024, this 4X42mm thermal scope pairs a compact 384×288 sensor with an integrated 1200-yard rangefinder—eliminating the need for a separate laser device. Whether you're glassing before dawn, tracking through fog, or making a precision shot in darkness, the RICO Mk2 LRF gives you the thermal clarity and ballistic data to close the distance with confidence.
The core of the RICO Mk2's performance is InfiRay's MICRO II thermal sensor, a 12-micron detector that resolves fine detail at extended range. The 60 Hz refresh rate and MATRIX III image processor work together to smooth video, sharpen edges, and adapt contrast automatically—so you're not squinting at a muddy thermal image, but seeing genuine contrast and definition. A 2560×2560 AMOLED HD display fills your view without the dark corners typical of older optics. Eight reticle options (seven static, one user-customizable) let you dial in the exact aiming point your rifle and load demand; choose from White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, Crimson, Viridian, and Violet color palettes to suit your preference and preserve night vision. Picture-in-picture mode lets you zoom in on distant targets while maintaining situational awareness of your surroundings.
Built for the field, the RICO Mk2 LRF is machined from magnesium alloy and rated for 1000 g/s recoil (up to .300 Win. Mag and 7mm Mag). An IP67 rating handles dust, mud, and brief immersion; manual, automatic, and semi-automatic non-uniformity correction (NUC) keep thermal drift in check across temperature swings from –4°F to 122°F. The USB-C port allows fast charging (5+ hour runtime on the included IBP-5 Li-ion battery), firmware updates via the companion mobile app, and direct video/image offload to a computer or phone. Internal 32 GB storage records hunting footage and target imagery; recoil-activated video captures the moment of impact automatically. A 5-year manufacturer warranty backs your investment.

Yes. The RICO Mk2 LRF is rated for 1000 g/s² recoil, which covers .300 Winchester Magnum and 7mm Magnum platforms. The magnesium alloy housing is engineered to withstand that impulse across thousands of shots.
The RICO Mk2 LRF comes in two sensor configurations. This product is the 384×288 model with 4X native magnification. IRAY also offers a 640×512 model with 3X native magnification. The higher resolution 640×512 model has greater pixel density; the 384×288 model offers a wider field of view and the same excellent thermal detection range. Choose based on your shooting distance and field awareness preference.
