The HSGI Reflex IFAK System is a purpose-built two-piece tactical first aid kit designed for shooters, medics, and outdoor professionals who need organized, rapid access to medical supplies in the field. Developed with input from active-duty medical personnel, the Reflex combines a durable med roll with an equally robust carrier, letting you assemble a kit that meets your specific needs—or purchase them separately if you're upgrading existing gear.

Built primarily from heavy-duty nylon laminate, the Reflex prioritizes durability and weather resistance without sacrificing pack-ability. The system is organized around the U.S. Army-issued IFAK standard, so your supplies stay logically arranged and instantly accessible when seconds count. HANK (High Abrasion-Resistant Neoprene Kevlar composite) grab handles ensure the kit survives years of hard use, whether slung on a patrol rig, strapped to a battle belt, or thrown in your truck.

Mounting flexibility is built in. The carrier secures vertically or horizontally to belts between 1.5" and 2.25" wide, and also accepts horizontal MOLLE mounting. The med roll itself features a carry handle and shock cord loops, so you can attach it directly to a patient, hang it from an IV rack, or deploy it standalone. Side-slot glove access means you can grab PPE without removing the entire roll from the carrier—a small detail that saves critical time. The "mini" MOLLE grid on the carrier itself works with narrow 1.5" belts or standard two-row MOLLE panels, giving you precision fitment whether you're running a minimalist load or a full plate carrier setup.

This is the choice for anyone who carries medical gear seriously: tactical medics, EMTs on duty, hunters in remote country, and shooters who understand that a bleed kit belongs in every range bag and vehicle. The Reflex treats first aid like the critical mission it is.
