The Hornady Match Grade Bushing .247" is a replacement neck sizing bushing for Hornady's Match Grade reloading dies, designed for handloaders who want precision control over case neck sizing and bullet tension. If you're running Hornady Match Grade dies and need to dial in the exact neck fit for your ammunition, this .247" bushing lets you fine-tune your setup without the guesswork—and without overworking your brass through excessive sizing.

Hornady's interchangeable bushing system is built around a straightforward principle: different bullets and brass require different neck tensions, and a one-size-fits-all die isn't precision reloading. These bushings come in .002" increments, so you can step up or down to find the sweet spot for your cartridge and component combination. The self-centering design keeps everything concentric during the sizing stroke, which matters when you're chasing tight groups and long brass life.

The .247" bushing works with both the Match Grade Full Length Die (which sizes the body, bumps the shoulder, and necks down in one stroke) and the Match Grade Neck Die (neck sizing and shoulder bump only, no body sizing). Both die styles use the same quality internals: a self-centering decap spindle with o-ring tension, an elliptical expander ball, and a headed decap pin that matches Hornady's Custom Grade standard. This bushing is a straightforward, well-made component built for shooters who take their reloading seriously.
