Hornady
If you're loading 25-caliber rounds with Hornady's premium bullets—especially the ELD Match line—the Hornady Custom Grade New Dimension Die Seater Stem for 25 Caliber, 134 Grain is a straightforward upgrade that tunes your seating die to those specific projectiles. Rather than accept a one-size-fits-all seating stem, this replacement stem is engineered to work with Hornady's specialty bullets, letting you dial in consistent seating depth and runout on rounds built for accuracy and distance.
This stem is a swap-in part: simply remove the standard seating stem from your existing Hornady Custom Grade New Dimension Seating Die and install the 25-caliber version. It's the kind of precision touch that separates mediocre handloads from tight, repeatable ones—especially important if you're working up loads for long-range hunting or match shooting where bullet seating geometry matters.
Upgrading or replacing a seating stem is common when you move between bullet brands or switch to specialty projectiles. Hornady's Custom Grade line is built to support that kind of flexibility, and having the right stem for your chosen bullet means you're not compromising on concentricity or depth consistency. Whether you're experimenting with ELD Match bullets for the first time or replacing a worn stem, this is a no-fuss part that drops right in.
| Caliber | 25 Caliber |
| Bullet Weight | 134 Grain |
| Bullet Type | ELD Match |
| Compatibility | Hornady Custom Grade New Dimension Seating Dies only |
This stem is compatible only with Hornady Custom Grade New Dimension Seating Dies. Verify that you own a New Dimension Seating Die before purchasing. It will not fit other die styles or brands.
This stem is engineered for the 25-caliber, 134-grain ELD Match bullet. While it may physically fit other projectiles, it's optimized for that specific bullet's geometry. Using it with different bullets may not deliver the same seating consistency.
The standard stem that comes with a New Dimension Seating Die is a general-purpose design. This replacement stem is contoured specifically for the ELD Match bullet profile, resulting in more precise seating depth and better runout control when loading those projectiles.
