Hornady
The Hornady 399963 High Speed Trimmer Pilots in .338 caliber are precision case-trimming pilots built for reloaders who need consistent, accurate neck alignment on their fired brass. Designed specifically for use with the Hornady High Speed 3-in-1 Power Case Trimmer, these hardened steel pilots guide your .338 cases through the trimming process with minimal runout and reliable concentricity—critical factors when you're working up loads that demand tight tolerances.
If you're running volume through a progressive setup or simply want to eliminate the guesswork from case prep, a caliber-specific pilot makes a real difference. The hardened steel construction means these pilots handle repeated use without wearing or developing play, so you get consistent results across hundreds of cases without chasing alignment issues.
These pilots are a straightforward accessory if you already own the Hornady power trimmer and are expanding your caliber range—or upgrading from manual trimming to electric. They're not a standalone tool; they're the precision insert that makes your trimmer do its job right, brass after brass.
