The Hooeyman 5 ft. extendable tree saw is a purpose-built pruning tool for hunters, property managers, and anyone who needs to clear branches and limbs without climbing. Built on a tapered blade design paired with a high-carbon SK5 steel construction, this saw delivers the cutting power to handle overhead work cleanly and efficiently. The telescoping arm extends up to 5 feet, letting you reach branches well above your head while keeping your feet planted safely on the ground—ideal for clearing shooting lanes, trimming overhanging limbs around camp, or maintaining your property.
What sets this saw apart is its architecture: each section of the extension arm locks individually, creating a rigid, stable platform even when fully extended. That translates to more control, less wobble, and less fatigue on longer jobs. The MegaBite blade design features an impulse-hardened four-edge tooth geometry that cuts more aggressively than standard pruning saw teeth, staying sharp longer through repeated use on harder wood.
Whether you're an avid hunter managing a food plot or woodlot, a camper tidying your site, or someone who just wants to avoid the ladder and chainsaw for small-to-medium branch work, the Hooeyman delivers the reach and cutting performance to get the job done. It's lightweight enough for sustained overhead use but robust enough to handle the work most handsaws won't.

The Hooeyman 5 ft. extendable tree saw is designed for pruning branches and limbs from the ground. It's ideal for clearing shooting lanes, trimming overhanging limbs around camp or property, and maintaining food plots—any task where you need to reach 4–5 feet overhead without a ladder.
Each section of the telescopic arm locks individually, creating a rigid structure that resists wobbling and flexing when extended. This design keeps the saw stable during cutting, reducing fatigue and giving you better control.
The MegaBite blade uses impulse-hardened SK5 steel with optimized four-edge tooth geometry designed for longer cutting life compared to standard pruning saw teeth. Actual lifespan depends on use, wood type, and maintenance, but the hardened edge is engineered to resist dulling through extended use.
The Hooeyman is designed for pruning small-to-medium branches and limbs. The high-carbon SK5 steel blade with aggressive tooth geometry handles harder wood well, but it's a hand saw—very thick branches or dense hardwood may require more effort or a different tool like a chainsaw.
