Holosun
The Holosun HE508T-X2 Elite reflex sight brings proven reliability and adaptability to shooters who demand a fast, flexible optic for defensive pistol work or competition. Built around a titanium housing, this 1x sight cuts through the noise of endless red dot options by combining solar and battery backup power, user-friendly controls, and the multi-reticle flexibility that has made Holosun a trusted name among serious pistol shooters.
What sets the X2 edition apart is the thoughtful redesign for working pistols. The buttons sit lower and further back, reducing the odds of accidental changes mid-draw, while Lock Mode lets you freeze your chosen brightness and reticle once you've dialed in the setup you want. That's the kind of detail that separates purpose-built gear from generic options. Paired with Shake Awake (the sight activates on motion after going dark to save power), your battery lasts through extended range sessions, training cycles, or carry duties.
The multi-reticle system gives you choices: a 2 MOA dot alone, a 32 MOA circle by itself, or the circle-dot combo—all selectable on the fly. Twelve brightness levels, including two for night vision compatibility, let you match your sight picture to daylight glare, indoor ranges, or duty conditions. The titanium build is lightweight but tough enough to handle holster wear and the slide-mounted life, while the open reflex design preserves your peripheral vision and never interferes with your natural shooting position.
Holosun's Solar Failsafe means the sight runs off ambient light when conditions allow, with the battery as your insurance policy. Up to 50,000 hours of run time at setting 6 is the kind of longevity that turns a sight into a fixture, not a liability. Whether you're running a duty gun, competition pistol, or personal defense setup, the HE508T-X2 Elite delivers the speed, durability, and versatility that working shooters expect.

Yes, the HE508T-X2 is an open reflex sight designed for pistol applications. It mounts using standard 1913 Picatinny and direct-mount footprints common to modern duty and competition pistols. Check your specific firearm's manual or contact us to confirm your platform's compatibility.
At brightness setting 6, you get up to 50,000 hours of battery life—roughly 5+ years of continuous operation. The Solar Failsafe means the sight continues to function using available ambient light even if the battery depletes, so you're never left with a dead optic.
The sight offers three reticle options: a clean 2 MOA dot, a 32 MOA circle, or the circle-dot combination. All are user-selectable via the control buttons, so you can dial in your preferred aiming point to match your training or shooting conditions without tools.
Yes. When activated, Lock Mode freezes your current brightness and reticle settings, preventing the redesigned buttons from making unintended adjustments. The lower button placement complements this feature by keeping controls out of the way during draw, holster, and fighting positions.
