A universal grip sleeve designed to improve handling and control on full-size semi-automatic pistols, the Hogue 17003 HandAll grip sleeve wraps your firearm with a soft elastomer material and textured surface for a more comfortable, secure grip. Unlike permanent modifications or custom grips, this slip-on sleeve installs easily on existing firearms and removes just as quickly—ideal if you own multiple full-size handguns or prefer to keep your factory grip intact. The desert tan finish complements most modern pistols while the molded design resists wear and degradation over time.

The HandAll's Cobblestone texture provides positive friction in dry and moderately damp conditions, helping you maintain a consistent shooting grip during range sessions or defensive practice. Finger grooves and ambidextrous palm swells are molded into the sleeve to guide hand placement naturally, reducing fatigue during extended shooting and encouraging a high, consistent purchase on the gun. Because the sleeve is designed as a universal fit for large-frame semi-autos, it adapts to a wide range of pistol profiles without requiring modification to your gun.

Hogue's elastomer rubber is tough enough to withstand regular use and holstering but remains soft underhand for comfort during long sessions. The material doesn't harden in cold or crack in heat, and cleaning is as simple as wiping down the exterior. This is a straightforward way to upgrade ergonomics on a carry gun, competition build, or range favorite without permanent changes—and without breaking the bank.

Frequently Asked Questions

What firearms does the HandAll universal full size grip sleeve fit?

The sleeve is designed to fit large-frame full-size semi-automatic handguns. It is not intended for pistols with grip safeties. If you have a specific pistol in mind, confirm the slide and frame dimensions fall within a standard full-size profile before purchasing.

Can I use this grip sleeve on a handgun with a grip safety?

No. This sleeve is not designed for firearms with grip safeties, as the universal shape and slip-on fit may interfere with the safety mechanism. Grip safety equipped pistols require purpose-built grips or sleeves designed specifically for them.

How do I install and remove the HandAll grip sleeve?

The HandAll sleeve slips on and off without tools or modifications to your firearm. Simply slide it onto the grip and position until snug. Removal is equally straightforward—pull or roll the sleeve off when you want to switch grips or return the gun to factory configuration.

Is the Cobblestone texture effective for wet or sweaty conditions?

The Cobblestone texture provides reliable friction in dry conditions and moderate moisture. In heavy rain or heavy sweat, the grip may become slippery; in such situations, a dedicated high-traction material or specialized shooting gloves may be necessary.
