Hiperfire
The Hiperfire Hipertouch Eclipse single-stage flat trigger is a premium AR-15 trigger upgrade built for shooters who demand a crisp, ultra-smooth pull without compromise. This is the top-tier model in Hiperfire's Hipertouch line, engineered for hunters, competition shooters, and precision riflemen who want to eliminate the variables between intention and impact. Unlike mil-spec triggers, the Eclipse features dual coil springs that reduce friction at the sear and deliver 35% more hammer striking power, combined with Hiperfire's proprietary Nickel Bliss electroless nickel-boron finish on all contact surfaces for durability and an exceptionally smooth trigger action.
What sets the Eclipse apart is its straight trigger shoe with an adjustable finger pad—a feature borrowed from Hiperfire's Competition model and refined further here. The adjustable pad gives you five different positioning options to fine-tune pre-travel and effective pull weight, effectively offering ten pull-weight configurations rather than two. You can dial in leverage to suit your grip, finger strength, and shooting style, or remove the pad entirely for a pure, unadorned straight-bow feel. The Eclipse comes with two color-coded interchangeable hammer springs so you can switch between 2.5 and 3.5 lb. pull weights without tools or fussy setscrews that can loosen over time.
On the range or in the field, you'll notice an unusually fast reset that keeps you ready for follow-up shots, minimal pre-travel before the break, and virtually no creep or overtravel. The result is a trigger that breaks so clean and consistent it feels almost mechanical in its precision. This consistency is the secret to better shot timing and control—your finger won't signal the hammer release, so you stay relaxed and avoid anticipation flinch. The nickel-boron finish doesn't just protect against corrosion; it creates a genuinely smoother action than standard Hipertouch models, elevating an already excellent trigger to competition-grade refinement.
Compatible with small-pin (.153") AR-15 lower receivers and AR-308 rifles that accept AR-15-pattern triggers, the Eclipse is built to last and designed for shooters serious about accuracy.

Yes. The Eclipse comes with two interchangeable color-coded hammer springs that let you choose between 2.5 lb. and 3.5 lb. pull weights. Additionally, the adjustable finger pad can be positioned at five different points to fine-tune pre-travel and effectively adjust leverage, giving you even more tuning options without replacing springs.
The Eclipse includes all the features of the Competition model—straight trigger shoe and adjustable finger pad—plus Hiperfire's Nickel Bliss electroless nickel-boron finish on all contact surfaces. This finish enhances corrosion resistance and delivers a noticeably smoother trigger action than standard Hipertouch triggers.
No. The Eclipse has no adjustment setscrews that can back out or shift during use. The interchangeable hammer springs allow you to change pull weight, and the finger pad is adjustable to five different positions for customizing pre-travel and leverage without additional tools.
