The Hiperfire Galil Single Stage Flat Trigger is a purpose-built drop-in for IWI Galil Ace rifles, engineered to deliver the crisp, predictable break that Hiperfire has earned a reputation for in the AR and AK markets. Unlike universal AK triggers that require modification, this Galil-specific design arrives ready to install in Gen 1 and Gen 2 Galil Ace platforms (excluding large-frame 7.62x51 NATO models) without fitting or alterations. If you run a Galil Ace in 7.62x39, 5.56 NATO, or 5.45x39, this is the trigger built with your platform's geometry in mind.

Hiperfire engineered this trigger to account for the tighter tolerances inherent to Galil design. The sear has been shortened relative to the broader AK line, and the trigger and hammer are trimmed and fitted to work seamlessly in Galil geometry. The result is a cleaner, more effortless break—the kind of short, positive reset that shooters appreciate in both precision work and rapid engagement. The flat trigger profile suits riflers who prefer direct finger contact and consistent control across different grip angles and shooting positions.

Whether you're tuning a Galil for accuracy at distance, rapid-fire training, or duty use, a quality trigger upgrade is one of the most noticeable improvements you can make. Hiperfire's aftermarket expertise translates directly to Galil reliability and performance without the guesswork of universal parts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this trigger fit my Galil Ace without modification?

Yes. The Hiperfire Galil trigger is engineered as a drop-in replacement for Gen 1 and Gen 2 Galil Ace rifles (except large-frame 7.62x51 NATO models). No fitting, filing, or alterations are required.

What calibers does this trigger support?

The Hiperfire Galil Single Stage Flat Trigger is designed for Galil Ace platforms chambered in 7.62x39, 5.56 NATO, and 5.45x39.

Can I use this trigger in a large-frame 7.62x51 NATO Galil?

No. This trigger is not compatible with large-frame 7.62x51 NATO Galil models. It is designed specifically for standard and smaller Galil Ace variants.

What's the difference between a flat trigger and curved trigger?

A flat trigger sits perpendicular to the receiver and offers a wider contact surface, which many shooters find more natural for consistent finger placement and faster reset. A curved trigger wraps around the finger and may suit different grip preferences. The flat design in this Galil trigger is suited for shooters who prefer direct control and uniform contact area.
