HEVI-Shot
The Hevishot Hevi Xtreme 12 gauge 3" shotgun ammunition combines tungsten and steel in a layered design built for waterfowl hunters who demand reliable, non-toxic performance. Each 25-round box delivers BB and #2 shot at 1450 feet per second, mixing a hard-hitting tungsten component with precision steel pellets to generate consistent patterns across a range of chokes. The hybrid approach gives you the density and striking power of tungsten where it counts, backed by the regulatory compliance and affordability of steel—a practical middle ground for serious waterfowl work.
The FLITECONTROL FLEX wad is the mechanical backbone here. Designed to tighten and stabilize pellet clusters as they travel downrange, this rear-braking system works with any steel-rated choke, whether ported or standard. That consistency matters when you're setting up on distant birds or working through variable conditions. The 1-1/4 ounce payload and 3" chamber fill give you plenty of shot without requiring a magnum gun.
As a non-toxic round, Hevi Xtreme fits modern waterfowl regulations across the country. The 30% tungsten layer sits forward in the column, engineered to hit 53% harder than the steel beneath it—concentrating your most effective energy where early pellet deceleration happens. This is ammunition for hunters who understand that shot quality matters as much as shot count.
