Henry Repeating Arms
The Henry Long Ranger Elk Wildlife Edition is a .308 Win lever-action rifle built for hunters who want precision and tradition in one package. Chambered in .308 Winchester (7.62×51 NATO), this rifle combines the smooth, fast handling of a lever action with the power needed for elk and other large game at extended ranges. The 20-inch barrel keeps the rifle trim and maneuverable in the field, while the 1:10 twist rate stabilizes modern .308 ammunition for solid accuracy. At 7 pounds, it's light enough to pack through rough country without wearing you down by day's end.
What sets this rifle apart is its striking Wildlife Edition finish: a nickel-plated receiver accented with 24K gold inlay that honors both heritage and craftsmanship. The American walnut stock delivers classic handling and a natural grip, backed by a solid rubber recoil pad that tames .308 kick. The rifle ships already sighted and ready to hunt—a practical touch that saves time at the range. Open sights come standard: a fully adjustable folding rear and a front ramp with ivory bead for quick target acquisition in low light. The rifle is also drilled and tapped for scope mounting, giving you the flexibility to upgrade optics for longer-range work without modifications.
Built on Henry's proven lever-action platform with a transfer-bar safety, the Long Ranger holds four rounds in a removable magazine—fast reloading when it counts. Swivel studs are pre-installed for your preferred sling setup. This is a rifle that respects the lever-action tradition while delivering the ballistics and capacity serious hunters expect.
