Hawk
The Hawk HWKPBSAW 11" fixed pruning saw is a serious tool for hunters, campers, and land managers who need to process firewood, clear brush, or manage trails in the field. Built with an 11-inch SK5 high carbon steel blade finished in black titanium nitride, this saw cuts fast and resists corrosion in wet conditions—exactly what you need when you're far from the truck. The rigid aluminum handle with soft TPR grip keeps your hand stable through tough cutting jobs, and the replaceable blade design means you can swap in a fresh edge without buying a new saw.
Whether you're processing game camp firewood, clearing shooting lanes, or maintaining overlanding routes, an 11-inch fixed pruning saw earns its place in your pack. The patented teeth geometry handles green wood cleanly and cuts faster than a folding saw on repetitive work. The titanium nitride coating on the blade protects against rust during storage and resists the wear that comes from cutting dirt-covered branches.
The included nylon carry sheath keeps the blade protected and makes it easy to secure to your pack or belt. Replacement blades are available when it's time to swap, so you're not locked into disposable tool economics. For hunters building a camp kit, overlanders managing remote land, or anyone who spends serious time in the bush, a reliable fixed pruning saw is insurance against getting stuck with dead branches and no way to process them.
| Blade Length | 11 inches |
| Blade Material | SK5 High Carbon Steel |
| Blade Finish | Black Titanium Nitride (TiN) |
| Handle Material | Casting Aluminum with Black Power Coating |
| Grip | Soft TPR |
| Blade Type | Fixed (Non-Folding) |
| Blade Exchange | Replaceable via Plastic Button Release |
| Included Accessories | Nylon Carry Sheath |
Yes. The Hawk HWKPBSAW features a simple plastic button release system that allows you to swap in a fresh blade when the current one dulls. Replacement blades are available separately.
A fixed saw has no joints or hinges, so it won't flex or develop play under load. For repetitive cutting work—processing firewood, clearing brush—the rigid design cuts faster and more reliably than a folder. Trade-off: it takes up more pack space.
The Hawk HWKPBSAW includes the saw with attached blade, aluminum handle with TPR grip, and a nylon carry sheath for transport and storage.
The black titanium nitride coating significantly resists corrosion, which is especially valuable in wet conditions and after use. It's not a guarantee against rust under extreme neglect, but it provides meaningful protection compared to bare steel—important when you're in the field and can't dry and oil your gear immediately.
