The Hawk Helium Gen 2 climbing stick 30" is a lightweight, quiet tree stand access system built for hunters who need reliable portability without the clank and rattle. This three-pack delivers aircraft-grade aluminum construction that keeps weight down to 2.9 lbs per stick while handling 300-lb capacity. If you're climbing to your stand in low-light conditions or hunting pressured timber where stealth matters, silent climbing sticks are non-negotiable—and GSM engineered these to stack and snap together without giving away your position.
The 30-inch length with 10-inch step width strikes a practical balance for most hunters moving through mature timber. The angled footpeg design reduces fatigue on long climbs, and the Tree-Digger Teeth bite bark for the kind of grip you want when you're making your way up a tall oak or pine in a stand. Three sticks per pack gives you solid entry height without stacking a tower.
What sets these apart is the engineering for silence. The Hawk Button and new Helium Rope handle attachment without metal-on-metal noise, while the Silent Lock Technology means your steps snap together with a suction cup design that keeps things quiet during both the climb and pack-out. The Silent Stack nesting system means transport in your truck or carry to the woods stays quiet and organized. For hunters who've dealt with noisy climbing sticks spooking deer before they ever reached the stand, that's real value.
| Stick Length | 30 inches |
| Step Width | 10 inches |
| Weight (per stick) | 2.9 lbs |
| Weight Capacity | 300 lbs |
| Material | Aircraft-grade aluminum |
| Quantity | 3 sticks per package |
Three 30-inch sticks stacked together provide approximately 90 inches (7.5 feet) of climbing height, assuming overlap for secure attachment. This gives you a solid platform entry without the weight and bulk of a full climbing stick system. Many hunters use three sticks to reach a comfortable stand height in most hunting scenarios.
Yes. The Silent Lock Technology with suction cup design, Hawk Button attachment, and Silent Stack nesting system are specifically engineered to minimize noise during climb and descent. The Helium Rope and suction cup design replace older metal-locking mechanisms that generate unwanted sound.
Each stick holds 300 lbs, so the three-pack combined capacity is 900 lbs. This accounts for your body weight plus gear.
The Tree-Digger Teeth are designed to grip bark for superior stability. Performance may vary with tree species and bark condition, but they're built to bite into standard hardwood and softwood bark found throughout North America.
