Gamakatsu Hooks
The Gamakatsu Superline Spring Lock Black Size 7/0 hooks are purpose-built for anglers who fish soft plastics on braided line and need a secure, reliable connection that keeps swimbaits locked in place. This 2-count pack delivers the proven design Gamakatsu is known for—combining a 28-degree angled eye, wide gap, and a stress-relieved stainless steel spring lock mechanism that grips soft plastic baits without slipping or rolling. Whether you're working a swimbait pattern in heavy cover, burning grass lines, or probing deep structure, these hooks give you the confidence that your bait stays rigged exactly as intended.
Built on the foundation of Gamakatsu's proven Superline EWG platform, the spring lock version adds that extra layer of security. The 28-degree eye angle pairs naturally with braided mainline and reduces slack, while the wide gap and sharp point penetrate cleanly on the strike. The N.S.Black finish resists corrosion and blends into most water conditions—a detail that matters on pressured water or clear lakes where fish see everything.
Size 7/0 is a versatile choice for standard swimbaits and jig-trailer combinations where you want a hook that won't undersell your bait's action or your casting distance. For anglers who've already dialed in their soft plastic presentations and simply need a rock-solid hook that does the job without drama, this is a straightforward, no-excuses option.

The N.S.Black finish and stainless steel spring lock are both designed to resist corrosion in freshwater and saltwater environments, though regular freshwater rinse is always a good practice.
