The Galco FL226 Fletch is a right-hand outside-the-waistband holster purpose-built for Glock 19, 19X, and 23 pistols across all generations. This OWB belt slide holster combines proven design fundamentals with genuine leather construction, making it a solid choice for shooters who prioritize comfort, accessibility, and reliable retention during active use.

Galco constructs the Fletch from premium vegetable-tanned steer hide, hand-molded to match your specific firearm for a custom fit. The tan leather finish is achieved through a multi-step hand-rubbing process that develops character over time. The holster's high-ride, open-muzzle design sits higher on the belt for faster draw clearance while fully covering the trigger guard and protecting your sights. A retention strap secures the gun during movement, and the low-cut grip area minimizes obstruction when you need to present the pistol quickly.

Built for active shooters and those who demand durability in field use, the Fletch's body-side contour distributes pressure across your hip comfortably during extended wear. Double-stitched construction and a reinforced thumb break ensure this holster will hold up to repeated use at the range or on duty. The tan leather is finished with a protective topcoat that resists dirt and moisture, and naturally ages to a deeper patina with handling.

Will this holster fit my Glock 19 Gen 5?

Yes. The Galco FL226 Fletch is molded to fit Glock 19, 19X, and 23 across all generations, including Gen5.

Is the Fletch suitable for duty or active use?

The Fletch's retention strap, reinforced thumb break, and double-stitched construction are designed to secure your pistol during vigorous movement and active shooting. The high-ride design also supports fast, unobstructed draw strokes common in dynamic environments.

How does leather OWB carry compare to other materials?

Leather offers comfort over extended wear, natural grip friction, and develops a custom fit to your body and gun over time. The vegetable-tanned hide on the Fletch is built to age and become more comfortable, and the protective finish resists moisture and dirt common to field use.

Does the holster protect my sights and trigger guard?

Yes. The open-muzzle, high-ride design fully covers the trigger guard and provides complete sight protection, keeping both secure during carry and transitions.
