Fusion
The Fusion Firearms XP Comp 9mm is a modern wide-body 1911 built for shooters who want classic 1911 ergonomics paired with cutting-edge compensator performance. Built on a 1911-based double-stack platform and engineered to accept Glock 17 magazines, this 10-round capacity pistol bridges generations of design—combining proven 1911 controls with the forward weight and recoil management of an integrated comp system. Whether you're competing, training for defensive speed, or shooting in a state with restrictions on threaded barrels, the XP Comp delivers genuine versatility without compromise.
What sets the XP Comp apart is its proprietary pin-secured compensator—a threadless design that integrates seamlessly with the 4.6-inch barrel and eliminates the flat-bottomed groups typical of uncompensated guns. The entire pistol is precision CNC machined from bar stock materials, meaning no cast parts or shortcuts. The slide features pro cocking serrations with aggressive forward cuts; the trigger is one-piece steel milled for a crisp, predictable break; and the full-length guide rod handles recoil with authority. All that sits on a Tennifer QPQ finish that laughs at rust and corrosion.
The ergonomics are laser-focused on speed. Ambidextrous thumb safety, a wide paddle pro slide stop, tactical Picatinny rail, and a removable magwell for lightning reloads come standard. The rear sight mounts on a removable plate, and an RMR red dot plate is included in the box—so you can set up irons, a red dot, or both. The grip is aluminum with enhanced texturing that grips your hand even under sustained rapid fire. For competitors who prefer balance without the comp, Fusion offers optional sight block configurations.
This is serious iron: built on decades of 1911 know-how, refined through modern manufacturing, and finished to outlast your ammo budget.
