Frankford Arsenal
The Frankford Arsenal Platinum Series Case Prep and Trim Center Expansion Kit is a specialized reloading accessory designed to extend the capability of your Frankford Arsenal Case Trim & Prep Center. If you're serious about case preparation and want to standardize primer pockets across different caliber families, this expansion kit gives you the tools to do it efficiently at one workstation. Built from hardened high-speed steel (HSS), these components are engineered to handle the repetitive demands of precision ammunition reloading without dulling or losing accuracy.
Reloaders working with mixed brass or building loads for rifles and pistols know that primer pocket consistency directly affects ignition reliability and group consistency. This kit includes both large and small primer pocket uniformers and cleaners, letting you prep brass for both magnum and standard primers without swapping between different systems. The included crimp removers for large and small primer pockets let you strip military brass or brass fired in semi-auto platforms, preparing it for conventional reloading steps.
The expansion kit connects via standard 8-32 threads to the auxiliary shafts of your existing Case Trim & Prep Center, meaning quick tool changes without dismounting the main unit. That efficiency matters when you're processing hundreds of cases—every second counts, and downtime between operations adds up fast. Whether you're prepping match-grade rifle brass or processing range pickup for plinking loads, having all your case prep tools in one location streamlines your reloading bench workflow.
| Material | Hardened High-Speed Steel (HSS) |

Yes. The expansion kit uses standard 8-32 threads that mount directly to the auxiliary shafts of Frankford Arsenal's Case Trim & Prep Center, allowing you to attach and swap tools without removing the main unit.
The large and small primer pocket crimp removers are designed for military brass and brass fired in semi-automatic firearms, which commonly have crimped primer pockets. This kit lets you remove those crimps so the brass can be reloaded with conventional primers and procedures.
If you reload for both rifle and pistol cartridges, or mix magnum and standard primer sizes, having both large and small tools in one kit eliminates the need to purchase separate kits or switch between systems. You can prep whatever primer pocket size your load requires without changing equipment.
