Forster
The Forster Products 0.240" neck bushing is a precision reloading component designed to work exclusively with Forster Precision Plus bushing bump dies. If you're running a Forster die set and need a neck bushing in this size, this is the component that delivers the tight neck fit and consistent sizing control that Forster's system is built around. Each bushing is manufactured to exacting tolerances and treated cryogenically to ensure smooth operation and reliable longevity through thousands of reloading cycles.
Forster produces neck bushings in 0.001" increments, so you can find the exact diameter your brass requires. This isn't a universal bushing—it's engineered specifically for Forster dies and not compatible with other brands' systems. That purpose-built design is part of what makes the Forster approach to neck sizing so repeatable and precise.
Whether you're fine-tuning loads for long-range hunting, competition shooting, or precision rifle work, the right neck bushing diameter is critical to consistent pressure and velocity. The 0.240" size covers a range of cartridges where that neck diameter fits the bill. The cryogenic treatment keeps the bushing smooth under repeated use, which means less brass fatigue and more consistent sizing pressure over time.
