Flying Fisherman Glasses
The Flying Fisherman Razor Matte White/Amber-Green Mirror is a wrap-around fishing and water sports eyewear built for anglers who need reliable glare reduction and durability on the water. The amber-green mirror lens cuts through surface glare and brightens detail in variable light—a serious advantage whether you're sight-casting in shallows or reading structure under a cloud. Matte white frames keep weight down and won't add fatigue on long days on the water.
These glasses are engineered for comfort on the water. Extended temple pads and a comfort grip nose design mean they'll stay put through casting, wading, and the inevitable bump against the gunwale. The full wrap-around coverage protects your eyes from wind, spray, and peripheral glare—important for both safety and visibility when you're focused on fish. At just 0.9 ounces, they won't burden your face or interfere with your peripheral vision.
Polycarbonate construction is a proven choice for field eyewear: it resists impact and won't shatter if you take a tumble or get knocked around in a boat. The 60mm lens width and 8-base curve provide generous coverage without looking oversized. Whether you're spending an afternoon on a creek or booking serious time on saltwater flats, the Razor is built to handle real fishing conditions.

Yes. The extended temple pads and comfort grip nose design are engineered to keep the glasses secure during casting, retrieving, and wading. The wrap-around fit and lightweight build mean they won't slip or create pressure points even on a full day on the water.
Polycarbonate is impact-resistant and won't shatter, making it a solid choice for active fishing. However, saltwater exposure does require rinsing and care like any optical gear—fresh water rinse after use and proper storage will extend their lifespan.
Base curve describes the lens curve and fit. An 8-base curve is a moderate wrap that provides good coverage and field of view without extreme wraparound distortion—a comfortable middle ground for anglers who want peripheral protection without an aggressive sports frame feel.
